This was a wonderful opportunity to create interior displays for Gaya in Aoyama, Tokyo, a unique restaurant that is dedicated to serving macrobiotic food dishes.

All of the ingredients they use are organic and they operate as a sustainable business, but examples of their dedication like these were not yet conveyed to the visiting customers as much as they would have liked, so I was asked to make interior displays that expressed Gaya’s overall philosophy.
